Cancellation, Refusals & No-Show

Cancellations & No-Shows: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur 50% of the travel fee; cancellations within 2 hours or no-shows may incur the full travel fee.

If you cannot sign due to refusal or inability, the travel fee is still due. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you to reschedule when possible.
